I question the use of &quot;filet&quot; for anything other than beef, of which it is a specific cut. 

Also, I would go further and note that &quot;fillet&quot; is also a verb, whereas &quot;filet&quot; is always a noun. So whether it&#039;s fish or beef or chicken, you are filleting it.</description>
