You can’t really read it in this photo, but the piece of tape on the backrest says, “Free.” As seen on Fourth Avenue near Union Street in Park Slope, Brooklyn.
Another BMW 2002 in my neighborhood. This one is often parked in front of the Tea Lounge on Union Street.
365.62: Snowy Night, originally uploaded by Adam "Slice" Kuban. Yeah. It’s another lame shot. I realized I hadn’t taken anything today and shot this on the way back to my apartment. In this weather, I didn’t feel like ranging wide and far to find something better.
Made more progress. Now about two feet long. Almost through first skein.
My scarf seemed too wide. On the advice of the GF, I decided to rip out everything and start over. It’s going much faster now, and it’s at a little more than a foot long now. I am told I have remarkably consistent stitches. Update: As of 11:45 p.m., it’s a little more than two [...]

Before Old Spice enjoyed its resurgence, it was my go-to spot for the old-man aftershave. And it had great natural-bristle Swiss toothbrushes with cool graphics. Sad to see it go.
The New York Times‘s new strategy is just to sell the crap out of Barack Obama editions. Unfortunately, this inauguration issue has been on the rack for ages. Didn’t seem like excitement over this issue was as fevered as the November 5, 2008, one that declared he won the election.
