Taken while driving to Pennsylvania. My paternal grandmother, who’s in a nursing home with Alzheimer’s in Lancaster, has stopped eating and drinking. This might be one of the last times I get to see her, sadly.

I’m on a prescription for something called a “Z pak”—an antibiotic—along with some sort of cortisone. Doctor says I should be feeling better in a couple of days.
Made more progress. Now about two feet long. Almost through first skein.
My scarf seemed too wide. On the advice of the GF, I decided to rip out everything and start over. It’s going much faster now, and it’s at a little more than a foot long now. I am told I have remarkably consistent stitches.
