- Profile of Joe Ades, the ‘Peeler Guy’ Often Seen in Union Square
By night, Joe Ades dines with his fourth wife at exclusive restaurants, sips Veuve Clicquot at the Pierre, and goes home to a three-bedroom Park Avenue apartment. By day, he is something else altogether. At 72, the “peeler guy” in the Turnbull & Asser shirts is a New York legend.

- Restaurant Shirts Are the New Concert Tee
I love this post on Serious Eats by Zach Brooks. With some hipsters in Williamsburg expressing sentiments that restaurants are the new hip thing to become indie-rock snobs about, this fits in perfectly. I have a few pizzeria T-shirts in my drawer that I rarely wear, simply because I don't like wearing T-shirts as my main top. But I do like wearing my pizzeria T's as undershirts.
