Most recent Flickr blocked list

I have a rule. If I don’t know you and you favorite one of my Flickr pix and don’t have any photos available publicly yourself, I BLOCK YOUR ASS. Especially if you have no profile info filled out and/or no contacts. I don’t think it’s in the spirit of the Flickr community. And more important, I don’t know what you might be up to with my photos.
The funny thing is that Flickr, which is usually super user-friendly, makes you go through a lot of steps to block someone. OK, it’s an easy process, but here are the steps:
- Click on “Block” under the options in the user icon.
- You are taken to a new page, where you have to select a checkbox: “Please confirm that you’re sure you want to block USERNAME.”
- Click “Block.”
- Select “Confirm” from a browser alert window that then pops up.
I think they could eliminate the last step. By the time I check the checkbox and click “Block,” I’m reasonable certain I want to block the person.
Here is the current state of my Blocked list:

Wow. But why?
As I say above, I think it’s contrary to the spirit of Flickr. And I don’t know what these people are doing with my photos. If they had profiles that said, “I’m on here and like looking at photos and favoriting them to enjoy later,” then I probably wouldn’t block them. But when they have nothing, how am I to know they’re not ganking my pizza photos to use somewhere else?
